Aivalis Winery
Aivalis Winery is a family-run estate from the Nemea region of the Peloponnese, known for its radically natural approach to viticulture – no fertilizers, no chemicals, and often no irrigation. Their wines are aged without filtration or stabilization, preserving the pure expression of their terroir. Among the rarest is Armakas, made from original, pre-phylloxera vines dating back to around 1870. These wines are extremely limited and rarely available on the market – offering you a truly unique opportunity to taste the very best of Greek winemaking, typically inaccessible even within Greece itself. We are the sole direct importer of Aivalis wines in the Czech Republic.

OENO P
OENO P is a modern yet deeply traditional winery from the island of Santorini, founded with a singular goal – to reveal the true character of the local terroir through the Assyrtiko grape. The wines are crafted exclusively from some of the island’s oldest vines (80–150 years old), grown on volcanic soils without artificial fertilizers, filtration, or the use of oak. Both fermentation and aging take place in ceramic amphorae (pithari), giving the wines their signature minerality, salinity, and depth. The estate’s annual production does not exceed 20,000 bottles, and individual cuvées are highly limited – often just a few hundred numbered bottles per release. OENO P wines consistently receive 95–96+ point scores from Wine Advocate (Robert Parker), and we are proud to introduce this pinnacle of modern Greek winemaking in our selection.
OENO P is not just a wine producer – it is a philosophy: "The place speaks through the wine."
